This is our complete engine rebuild solution for the S63TU platform — the engine powering the F10 M5, F06/F12/F13 M6, and X5M/X6M models from 2010–2019.
Every S63TU build begins with a $1,500 deposit. The remaining balance must be paid via certified funds (wire transfer). Once received, the engine goes through full disassembly, cleaning, and inspection. Rods and pistons are clearance-checked, the oil pump is rebuilt, and all wear items are replaced using BMW OE gaskets, seals, and hardware. Cylinder heads are refreshed with the latest OE valve seals. The crank is balanced and micro-polished.
Forged options — including CP pistons and Carrillo rods — are available for customers targeting 1000–1500 hp builds. Install is available at RK HQ, with freight shipping offered nationwide.

Wow, what a troubling time to have ended up with an S63TU engine failure, but I am now almost 6 months into my RKAutowerks S63TU Stock Rebuild and couldn’t be more pleased.
Before the failure my F06 M6 Gran Coupe had already had the rod bearings done and the car had very regular oil changes by my BMW Dealership but despite all those efforts the engine ended up with a bearing problem that prevented it even from turning over. I was not running any tunes, no mods and am not a street racer. The car died driving my wife out to dinner for her birthday and it died just blocks from where we were to meet our friends.
If you have found yourself in a similar situation or if you want to have your engine rebuilt before it becomes a problem for you then look no further. There is no hard selling, no upselling, no shenanigans, no stress peddled by anyone on Rk’s Team just 100% success.

I had the unfortunate experience of having detonation in cylinder 3 in my 2015 X5M which cracked the piston and scored in cylinder walls. The car was in great condition otherwise so it would have be a shame to sell it for parts. I came across this webpage and this looked like a promising alternative to a new engine from BMW for about $45k plus installation.
I was a little concerned about placing such a large order online so I flew down to Dallas and stopped by the shop and met with Milaad. He showed be around the shop, introduced me to the crew and explained their process. Following the meeting I gave my deposit for a new forged S63TU. I also decided to have RK Autowerks do the install and arranged to ship my car from Washington.
